[NB – As with many Babylon Bee satires, this one may come true one day soon, for all of us.
We may be facing a future in which mandatory mRNA shots for all citizens are imposed by force, or violators get arrested and imprisoned.
Already, the WHO is talking about it (story below), which means they may be doing it next. In Austria, they already announced they’re going to do this Feb. 2022.
The media and fact-checkers and politicians lie and assure that such fears are unfounded, but in the end it always ends up happening just as the so-called ‘conspiracy theorists’ predicted.
If it happens where I am, I am moving. I value freedom too much and I don’t trust the government at all. They don’t have our best interests in mind.
At worst, they want to kill all of us (depopulation) and at best, they want to impose fascism.
The mRNA shots contain a cytotoxin. Taking them has no medical value. And I refuse to be coerced.]
NEW YORK, NY—New Yorkers are having mixed feelings about the NYPD’s new stop-and-forcibly-vaccinate policy. The controversial policy would be the first in the nation to allow police officers to inject the COVID-19 vaccine into any motorist or pedestrian they choose to profile based on their appearance.
“Some people say it infringes on their right to decide whether to inject a substance into their own bodies,” said NYPD’s Chief of Police while demonstrating how to retrofit syringes onto standard-issue tasers. “But then again, others believe unvaccinated New Yorkers are like leprous zombies who explode on contact. This policy is meant to reduce the number of leprous zombie explosions during Broadway shows, I guess.”
Mayor Bill De Blasio took some time away from watching a SWAT unit use a Gatling gun to pepper a passing school bus with hundreds of syringes and explained the importance of this new policy.
“You see, the Omnomicromicon variant is the most dangerous variant in the known universe; it vaporizes its victims on contact, and spreads virally through our thoughts and feelings, according to MSNBC. The only way to stop it is through a powerful, unstoppable, totalitarian police state!”
When reminded that such a policy would end up targeting black and minority communities most, the mayor replied, “Who cares? They’ll still vote me in as governor next year!”
This satire (above) is not far from the truth. The globalists are doing this in Austria and are pondering doing it for the whole EU. From there it will spread worldwide.
Below is a story from Eurobserver (Dec. 8, 2021) on this option, interspersed with my commentary.
WHO warns mandatory vaccination ‘absolute last resort’
Compulsory vaccination should be “an absolute last resort” only considered when all other options have been exhausted, World Health Organization (WHO) Europe’s regional director Hans Kluge said on Tuesday (7 December).
[NB – They always like to present themselves as moderates, as good guys — while in fact, they’re fascists.]
“The effectiveness of mandates is very context-specific,” Kluge said, arguing such a move should be carefully considered due to its potential impact on public confidence and trust.
[NB – The fact that he’s considering is as an option is itself a great cause for alarm. It’s not enough for them to create a system of medical segregation; now they want to force a medical procedure on people against their will, just as the Nazis did.]
“What is acceptable in one society and community may not be effective and acceptable in another,” he pointed out.
[NB – In what society is that ever acceptable? Human rights are supposed to be universal, not society-specific.]
Mandatory vaccination has become a hot topic in the EU, after Austria announced in November that it would make it shots compulsory for all citizens from February.
“Freedom means responsibility as well,” said Austrian health minister Wolfgang Mückstein, during a meeting with his counterparts in Brussels, backing his country’s decision as a strategic long-term response to tackle infections waves.
[NB – That’s a very Orwellian statement. Freedom is slavery, he seems to be saying. There is no evidence that the mRNA shots have anything to do with public health.]
Germany and Lithuania are also considering this approach.
[NB – That means Canada will follow.]
Meanwhile, Covid-19 vaccines have become mandatory for health workers and other at-risk professionals in several counties – including France, Italy, Hungary, Latvia, and Greece.
Athens has also announced mandatory vaccination for the elderly, who will face a €100-per-month fine from 16 January.
According to Greek health minister Thanos Plevris, 90 percent of the country’s ICU beds are occupied by people over 60 and the non-vaccinated.
Meanwhile, countries such as Sweden or Spain have already positioned themselves against compulsory vaccination.
[NB – Good.]
Making vaccination against Covid-19 mandatory “should remain a decision for individual member states” at this point, the Maltese health minister Christopher Fearne said.
However, he pointed out that the issue of mandatory vaccination might require a collective decision in the future.
[NB – I wish just once that politicians would stand firm on principle and not be wishy-washy. Is that too much to ask of public officials?]
Highest rates among children
Last week, European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen called for a debate on the issue given that over a third of the bloc’s population is still unvaccinated.
According to the chief of the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, Andrea Ammon, “the current level of vaccine uptake in the EU is insufficient to limit the burden of Covid-19 cases and hospitalisation during the winter months”.
On average across the EU, only 66 percent of people are fully-vaccinated – although there are strong variations between member states and age groups.
“It is not unusual today to see two-to-three times higher incidence among young children than in the average population,” Kluge said on Tuesday.
Member states must consider the use of masks and ventilation, and regular testing, at all primary schools and as part of school protection measures. But child vaccination must be decided nationally.
The rollout of vaccines for children aged five to 11-years old is now expected to start next week in several EU member states.
[NB – That’s wrong for many reasons, as I have discussed before.]
EU health commissioner Stella Kyriakides called on EU member states to “close the immunisation gap,” arguing that masks and social-distancing measures are still needed.
She added that booster doses should be considered for all adults, with priority for the elderly, the most vulnerable, and those above 40-years old.
‘Not a question of doses’
The emergence of the new Omicron variant has also returned the focus to vaccine equality, since new Covid variants are more likely to emerge in low-vaccination regions.
[NB – Omicron has zero deaths associated with it. Seems like a light flu, from reports – but of course they’re using it to impose authoritarian restrictions and create fear.]
The EU has donated 350 million doses to low- and-middle-income countries.
However, according to Italian health minister Roberto Speranza, “it is not a just question of doses”.
“We need to do more to vaccinate the most fragile countries… allowing them to organise their own vaccination campaigns,” he argued.
The difference between rich Western countries and African states remains massive. Fewer than 10 percent of people in Africa are vaccinated.
[NB – That means they have a higher chance of survival there, since the mRNA shots are very likely fatal for those who take them over the long term.]
Omicron, first discovered in South Africa and Botswana, has so far been reported in over half of EU member states.
